Today is a happy day. Last time I checked my wieght I was at 194 which was 3 days ago. Now i'm at 188. Six Pounds!!! It took me 4 weeks of going to the gym 5 day a week (3 days of wieghts+25min cardio and 2 days of 40 min cardio) to go from 200 to 194. It is crazy how well this pill can work. I have 63 pounds left to go :grin:
