How to lose weight

They say you need at least 1,200 calories. No less! Period!

But I agree with you. I have a very hard time getting in those 1,200 calories while taking Phen. So when I notice that I'm not going to make it(not that I've been very good this week)... say it's after lunch and I know what I'm having for dinner. Plug it in and I'm not quite there... I'll fill in with some yogurt or another apple, banana, etc.

I find myself struggling with getting food in too with the phen. My mouth is normally so dry; all I want is something to drink. I just started taking Phen on Oct. 4; I would like to lose 62 pounds by February 2008

have u control ur diet its all not depend upon just that we have excercise it's also depends upon our diet because excercise+control diet makes a man health i have also same problem of this but i solve my problem from here 24weightloss dot com
