What would you recommend for someone who is just getting back into the exercise routine? Im looking for something for someone who is really out of shape, has aching bones due to premmature arthritis, and is super super busy all the time. What are some quick routines that still produce results?

Hi everybody,
There is a very easy way to track your exercises, workouts, diet, and weight loss. Check this out Workout, Exercise, Weights and Training Performance - Qwave
It`s kind of Fitness journal which is very easy to learn and to maintain. And maybe the most important - helps you to stay in touch with your goals.

That is a good site. There are several others like Fitday, eDiets and Sparkpeople, but this one's free section is easy to use!
