Thanks everyone you all are such great support and for all of you who wanted to know it was regular soda........

Well the weekend is over know and you know it is so much easier following a diet during the week than it is on the weekends. But as for this weekend I basically followed my diet I am down 1 more pound :gg:

I am so proud of you for kicking the soda habit I was drinking a 12pk a day of dr pepper so I know how hard it was for you quitting but i am on my 5th day now and havent had any cravings for it since the first day

DEFINANTLY much healthier without soda but if I can get off of them anyone can because before I quit if I ran out of them or didnt have one as soon as I woke up omg I was so mean I would get shaky and angry for no reason and depressed all at the same time until I had my 1st sip and then it was like a drug It would feel like such a euphoric experience but now I know I dont need it to be happy or sane its gonna be hard work but we can do it I dont know if I would have made it to day 5 without all of yall though you all have been awesome thanks

Hi Sheryl,
I know how hard it is on the soda issue, I was there myself! not 2 litters but I would have it everyday, instead of water it was soda! but its gone and Im proud of myself for that and Im proud of you for getting rid of it! I usually drink tangy juices like grapefruit and lemon juice, cranberry juice.. it kinda helps when I have the craving for soda. Girl 8 pounds! that is great. You keep up the good work, keep us motivated on our end!!

Sorry I have not updated in a little bit.. Having some issues at home. I think the husband is getting a little jealous !

Well anyways went to the Dr. on Friday I had lost 7 pounds since staarting 2 weeks ago I was telling him in the afternoon I was begining to get hungry so he switched me to 37.5 mg of it looks like MP-273. It seems to br wrking much better I have not been humgry at all :grin: I have been making myself eat, but after eating I sort of feel sick to my stomach kind of the feeling when you eat to much but I do not think what I have been eating is too much. Today I have a terrible migraine hard to even think what to write but I am not sure if it is the medicine or the husband :o well I hopee everyone is doing well

Happy weight lose thoughts
