Oh I am soooooo happy ! I lost two pounds over the weekend! I even had a little meltdown over some girl scout cookies, but I still lost. I was really scared to get on the scale today. I am off my exercise routine today because my kids are sick, but I lost, and I am just so glad...I am motivated now to get to work in a major way!! BTW I threw the cookies away! I am so thankful to have a place to come and journal and to read everyone else's comments. Good Luck to everyone this week!
