Today marks my 6th day on Phentermine and I have lost around 6.5 lbs. I started on 3-3-06 at 190 and on 3-7-06 I was 183. My goal is to be 145-150. I hope it will only take about 2-3 months to loose this weight. Am I crazy or what? I work out at least 3 times a week doing mostly cardio for about 45min to an hour. I am not on a diet but I do watch what I eat, and since I have been on Phentermine, I don't eat much at all. My goal is very realistic and considered a short term goal. In the long run I hpe to be the size I was in high school, 130. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas to help me with this...Bring it on!! :-D
