Hey there! Welcome!
So you are looking to lose around 30 pounds in 2 months? Do I think it's possible? Most likely. Do I think it's best? No.
I think that people focus too much on the number. If in 2 months you are able to lose 20 pounds (which could happen easily depending on diet and exercise) then you will still look and feel so much better than today! If you aim for 30, see yourself not getting there as fast, get discouraged and go back to your old ways, then you may weigh 5 less. Also, a toned 20 pound loss will look much better than a flabby 30 pound loss.
Even if you don't lose 30 you can make significant progress in just 2 months. Make sure that you do it the healthy way b/c you don't want your body to start rebelling like a teenage kid. Just focus on what is right for you and try not to put too many constraints. What is boils down to is that we have little control over the rate at which we lose. I did weight watchers religiously, counted every point, for 6 months and averaged .5lbs a week. BUT...at the end of that 6 months I weighed less than if I had done nothing at all.
I think that Phen can defiantely help you out and give you the added boost! It's an amazing drug and I hope that you love it just as much as I do!
The one caution w/ the caffeine (I am also a caffeine drinker) is that is will make the Phen move through your body at a quicker rate. Therefore, it is probably best to take 1/2 a pill in the AM and then 1/2 a pill at noon. I don't notice increased jitters or anything when I drink caffeine w/ phen or if I don't.
Good luck and check back in!
