Dont you get discourage! I did that alot in the beginning when I started and I had the support here and motivation. I know its hard and I mean hard work for us, but it takes that line to cross and feel like we're satisfied and we can go on. I can say I lost and gained in the beginning, but I stoped thinking of that. I starting concentrating on looking good and what to do to fix it and basically I felt fat, so fat had to go and I felt cardio, Sweat will do it. I started cardio for 50 minutes every day on either walking or the precore(kinda like a stepper). It was hard but I started slow and did only a mile and a half and now girl Im kicking 3 miles.. so I started slowly getting motivated and now Im doing half cardio and half weights and thats so I can start toning up but Im willing to try other things as I learn. Its a focus thing! I dont think about food like I used to and I bought me this mp3 player so girl that music keeps me going. Girl keep trying but think positive, we are all here for you! Dont sacrifice for nothing, do it. Results will make you feel so much better.. well good luck with everything! Hey get you some sour candy and popsicles, that kills my craving for cake and cranberry juice kills it for coke..
