Okay, here we go. I am sick of being fat and useless. I have a lot riding on this and all i need to do is remember how important it is!
At my largest, I was 201 lbs
Then I got right down to 154 lbs
Then I put on weight, so now i am starting again at 171 lbs.
I will track my weight here and any words of encouragment will be greatly appreaciated.

Good luck to you.... you don't have TOO MUCH to lose (weight wise) so you should do just fine What is your plan to lose???

Welcome to the Forum Lisa! This is great place for words of wisdome and support, and inspiration! I'm sure you will love it!

Just wondering though, what other types of things, besides the Phentermine, are you doing to helpyou along? Like how are you eating, how are you exercising, and how much water are you drinking? It all adds up. Also, if you go to www.fitday.com that site helps you keep track of the calories you take in and burn off in a day. It's very helpful!

I am watching what I eat and trying to do exercise but thats not always the way it goes. I drink loads of water, I am constantly drinking water and I am constantly off caffine.

Well that's good then if you are eating good and drinking loads of water... then the exercise will just add to the results Good Luck to you!!

I feel awful today. I lost just over a pound when i weighed myself this morning (since yesterday) but I just feel like shite. I have had such a bad eating day. I even went to Burger King! Why do I do this to myself. I have so much riding on fast weight loss and I know this so why cant I just stick to fruit etc. i have drank lots of water, but I always do, I have done bugger all exercise and I just feel so tired all the time: How unusual! I need to see positive results but I am so scared that when I get on those scales tomorrow what I see will be devestating. Things better change soon.

Pratice self controll. You are the only one who will determine if you lose this weight, not a pill. SO, learn to say no to what you know if bad for YOU, and have alittle more faith in yourself.

How good is this, Even though I though yesterday was a tradgedy, this mornings weigh in revealed that I have lost a pound! I love phentermine.

I need to keep this up. I am a litle concerned because I am going out for dinner tonight and tomorrow, chinese tonight and Indian tomorow, eek, but I will try to be as good as possible, pleantly of little bites, only small portions and the old trick of moving food around the plate instead of elevating it!
