Just wondering though, what other types of things, besides the Phentermine, are you doing to helpyou along? Like how are you eating, how are you exercising, and how much water are you drinking? It all adds up. Also, if you go to www.fitday.com that site helps you keep track of the calories you take in and burn off in a day. It's very helpful!
