Okay, here I go trying to lose weight & keep it off again.

Started Phen on Monday, 3/20 = 168

Day 5, Friday 3/24 = 164

Breakfast: 16 oz Water & Large Sarbucks coffee with half & half/4 equals
Lunch: Roadhouse Ranch salad from Quiznos, diet Mt Dew
Dinner: 2 ham & cheese roll ups/no bread, 16 oz water, sugar free tastekake

welcome to the forum wow that isnt much food you had you should atleast stay no less than 1200 calories per day i log my food into fitday.com its a great site also more water that isnt very much water the 4lbs is great keep it up

Thank you both for replying. It's so hard for me so I hope I keep up with it.

I know I should be eating more than I am. I will start eating more when I incorporate exercise into my regime.

I've been struggling with the diet this weekend because I ran out of Phen. I ordered but I've been told that there is a delay in the shipment & I should get it sometime this week!

Just wanted to say hello and say congrads on the 4 lbs loss. Just remember that it is important to eat 1200 calories a day. You want to say healthy while losing weight. Im sure you will reach your goal. Dont forget to drink plenty of water. Good Luck..... Dreamy

Thanks dreamy! I know how I am doing it right not isn't too healthy. I'm just being drastic due to a trip I have planned. I will not have fun if I am worrying aobut my weight & I'm going somewhere tropical so a bathing suit is a must... which I'm dreading... but we will see.

My goal is to lose as much as possible & then start a really healthy mix of diet & exercise.
