To be honest I think that the jury is still out on weighing everyday. There are a group of people that say no b/c it can get discouraging. Then there is the group of people that say yes b/c then you can make daily adjustments to what you are doing.
I personally think that if you can handle it if tomorrow the scale is up .5lb, then there's nothing wrong with weighing in daily. However, if that will upset you, then you really should stick with a weekly or biweekly weigh in.
You could also weigh in daily and then compare the weekly average, that way it'll even out some of the ups and downs. Who knows. do what makes you feel good.
