I started April 12, 2006 weighing 148. Since then I have completely changed my eating habits and exercised often, alternating cardio and weight training, and taking Phentermine 37.5. As of today, April 26, 2006, I have lost approximately 8lbs, and achieved my first goal... I wore my USED TO BE TIGHT COULDN'T BREATHE jeans!! Now I have to go through some clothes that are boxed up and find my next clothing item I want to wear again!!!

Hi Rosa, welcome! Great job on your weight loss. 12 weeks seems like a reasonable amount of time to accomplish goal. I love, love, LOVE it when I can fit into used-to-be-too-tight clothes - I'm glad I saved mine! Way to go, girl! :smt038

Thanks for the support! I haven't lost any this week, nor have I gained....but.... My husband got me a Gazelle Advanced, I guess it's their best one, for our anniversary. So, I'm working up a plan for my exercising at home. I plan to wake at 5:30 am, get a good 45 min cardio workout in, and 20 min of abdominal, and then go to work. Everyday when I get home, I walk our dog around our subdivision, which takes about 30 minutes. Then I plan to make dinner and eat, and around 8ish do another 30 min. cardio session or yoga session. I just know if I do that, the pounds will fall off.....wish me luck!!

Oh yeah I forgot...........I CAN SEE MY ABS AGAIN!!!!! I knew they were in there, they just had some winter padding in front of them!!! Good luck all!

Weighed in at 138 this morning, that's two more pounds!!!! Got confirmation on my order too, waiting for the Physician to approve....keep you posted.
