Thanks for the support! I haven't lost any this week, nor have I gained....but.... My husband got me a Gazelle Advanced, I guess it's their best one, for our anniversary. So, I'm working up a plan for my exercising at home. I plan to wake at 5:30 am, get a good 45 min cardio workout in, and 20 min of abdominal, and then go to work. Everyday when I get home, I walk our dog around our subdivision, which takes about 30 minutes. Then I plan to make dinner and eat, and around 8ish do another 30 min. cardio session or yoga session. I just know if I do that, the pounds will fall off.....wish me luck!!
