Hey Y'all,
I've been on here before but I ended up not keeping it up, just because I quit Phentermine--it just wasn't working for me anymore. I weigh 186 right now and I'm 5'7. It's driving me nuts because for the past couple months I've been working out 5 days a week really hard and watching what I eat, but I haven't lost anything at all. I got a scale and I weighed myself on Tuesday morning and it said 186.2. I was upset so the very next day I worked out hard, ate around 1400 calories, and did so for the next few days. Then I hopped on the scale this morning, and it says 186.4! So I GAINED weight while trying so hard! I am so discouraged right now that I don't know what to do. I'll weigh myself again on Tuesday morning, but I'm just feeling like I'm not going to lose anything and I'm losing inspiration, because I go to the gym almost every day and try so hard, but I see so few tangible results. All I want is to get to 170 or 175...that's only 10-15 lbs...but I feel like it's never going to happen. I need some advice/help, please! I'm thinking about getting Phentermine again, but I'm doubting it will work.
