I started taking phentermine again for the third time april 24, 2006. I weighed 154lbs. I was down to 127lbs last year at this time. I started at 199lbs april 11, 2004. I lost 72lbs in 6 months. Ive been yo-yo dieting 20lbs for the last year in a half. So this time i want to get to 130lbs and learn to maintain. I want to be phentermine free.

What else are you doing to lose the weight and maintain the loss this time? Are you just taking phen or are you eating better and exercising? Good luck to you!!!

At first I would work out evertday for about two hours. When reached my goal I started to slack. I slowly regained some weight and now I just dont have the same motivation I had. I know I need to work out everyday, but with three kids its hard to. I have the summers off at work so Im hoping more time will help. Thanks for your response.

Welcome. IMHO, 2 hours a day is great BUT it's also unrealistic to be able to maintain it. And if your body gets used to it, then when you can't quite get there it will tend to hold onto the weight. So for what it's worth, I think a plan that includes a good amount of exercise (maybe 45 mins daily?) would be easier to keep up with and commit too, particularly with 3 kids! You know you can do this. You've done it before. And we'll support you I promise. Ellen

hi and welcome. keep up with your work outs and stick to your diet. its hard i know im tryi g to figure it out too. good luck with reaching your goal, and please keep us posted

I also think that you should build up to a 2 hour workout.
dont worry about anything just try to get on track and
