Welcome. IMHO, 2 hours a day is great BUT it's also unrealistic to be able to maintain it. And if your body gets used to it, then when you can't quite get there it will tend to hold onto the weight. So for what it's worth, I think a plan that includes a good amount of exercise (maybe 45 mins daily?) would be easier to keep up with and commit too, particularly with 3 kids! You know you can do this. You've done it before. And we'll support you I promise. Ellen
