I ordered my pills through them. I ordered on April 3rd. My order was approved by the Dr and sent to the pharmacy to be filled that same day. However, I did not receive my pills until yesterday!!! :(
So, it took 1 month to receive them. I have a friend that also ordered from ubuyrx.com an exact week after I did (April 10th) and she received hers a week earlier than mine (April 27th). I waited patiently all that time because I knew that there was a shortage and that I would be waiting a while. I got 2 different emails from ubuyrx.com stating that there was a shortage and they could refund my $$ if I didn't want to wait. I knew it would be pointless to reorder off of another site and have to wait again. But when I found out that she got hers, I was not happy!! :P
I called their customer service number and waited on hold for 30 minutes. FINALLY...someone answered. I gave her my order number and told her that I had waited more than a month and that my order was at 30 days already and a friend of mine ordered after me and her order took 18 days! She did tell me that it depends what pharmacy has the order. Some of the pharmacy's are more backstocked than others. She put my order on "priority" for the particular pharmacy that it was with and told me she'd follow up the next day. Sure enough she did. She called me and told me that my order would arrive on Thursday, May 4th and it did!
I'm not sure if everyone has phentermine in stock again and if they're back to filling orders as fast as before, but it's probably safe to say that you should wait til the 11th to call and talk to someone. A friend of mine ordered from them before the shortage and it was normally only a 2 day turn around.....not the case right now. I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, sorry. :(
