Well... I have lost close to 20 pounds in 7 weeks. I was at 204 and am now at 186. It fluctuates a little. The problem is I had to get off it b/c it was doing NOTHING for me any more. I had been taking Adipex 37.5. It was sooooooooooooooooooooo wonderful when I first started! I wish I could bottle that feeling up and sell it (I'd be rich). So, I am giving myself a week or so (praying I don't gain back what I lost) and then start up again. The doc said that there is a dosage a little higher then this that he will let me try next and then that's it. :( I want so bad to get down to 150!!! I will put before and after pics on here as soon as I can...

I had the same problem. Only I started on the 30mg and then went to the 37.5's. Between stopping the first and starting the second though I took a break for a week. The 37.5's worked for me, but I could tell they didn't quite as well as the 30's first did. 2 weeks may help more since you have been on them for a while now. Or maybe even longer. I think that if you keep w/ what you have been doing while taking the Phentermine, that you shouldn't gain anything. Just keep eating the same way, and drinking the water, and working out. You do build a tolerance to them eventually. If you haven't, go and read Ians tolerance report. He has some helpful idea's in there that might help you as well.
