No one is going to believe once but I swear all is true and I absolutely geeked. 2 years ago I had a baby boy and previous to that, I was 130 lbs. On my weight on May 1st, I was sitting at 206lbs. Crazy! My best friends wedding is on September 3rd and I already bought my dress. Size 8 so I am figuring i need to get down to at least to 145lbs to get into comfortably. I weighed on May 8th, one week later, and i was 191.5 lbs. I can't believe I lost 14.5 lbs in one week! I know alot of it is water weight but I still feel the difference. I didnt exercise but I am doing atkins along with the Phentermine Capsules. So basically I have about a little less then 4 months to lose 45lbs.... does anyone think that is possible. I am going to start working out once I break the 180lb mark so i am little lighter on my feet. Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated. Take care.

wow....14.5lbs in one week??? good for you! i wish i had suggestions tho. i dunno if im drinking too much water, i think i do retain it. i drink 100oz a day and use the bathroom just as little as i used to. so i've been on these pills one week and lost only 2lbs. i was 118 before i got pg, now my boy is 2 and i'm still 150...well 148 now. these pills do control my appetite thats for sure, and i've been walking 2 miles each nite, so i dont know what my problem is.

Lola,

According to experts, a healthy weight loss is approximately 2 lbs./wk. You have about 16 1/2 weeks until Sept. 3, so 16.5*2=33 lbs. I guess it just depends on how SAFE you want to be. Also, the faster you take the weight off, the easier it is to put it back on once you've quit dieting. But I won't say it is IMPOSSIBLE, I just would not recommend more than that. I am sure others who are more experienced than I am will chime in and give you their advice as well. If not, maybe you can speak with a doctor to determine what is safe for you.

Congrats on your current weight loss and keep up the good work.

Welcome to the forum.... WOW 14.5 lbs in one week thats great ..and thats alot.. Make sure you are eating enough .. I know the doctor told me to eat at least 1200 calories a day... Drinking plenty of water that great...
And to keep it off you really need to exercise... Making sure you lose it the healthy way will help you keep it off...
I want to wish you luck and keep us posted on how things go.

Hey guys... thanks for the feedback. I actually decided I was going to start working out tonite. I have an ellipitical and treadmill that havent been put to use in a while. As far as eating goes, I dont do breakfast, no time. For lunch I will have a taco salad minus the chips so basically lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, groundbeef with sour cream and taco sauce. For dinner which is usually around 6:30 or so, I will grill a breast of chicken and eat with a house salad or 2 hotdogs, bunless. I dont think I am starving my self. I have about 5 bottles of water a day, 16.9 OZ. Its worked out pretty well. This week I switched it up with my lunch. I have been making tuna salad, no noodles and having a salad with some baked chicken for dinner. We will see how that works out. I hear you guys on that whole healthy weight loss thing but i have been skinny my whole life up until the last 2 years. I think once i get done there, I will be determined to stay there. Even if it means busting my ass everyday. I have a great support system in my sisters and husband. If i make it, great! If i dont, that means I am just not trying hard enough. I know I am tough on myself but enough is enough. Time to lose the weight. Any encouragment would be greatly appreciated. Take care all.

Almost 15lbs in a week!! WOW!! But be careful i wouldnt lose it too fast cause you want to lose weight, but you dont want all that jiggly skin.. Ewwwwww! Definitly exercise though.. it will help you lose more weight safely and also decrease the saggy skin. I can totally relate to wanting to look great in clothes.. that is the main reason i want to lose my weight! Congrats and Keep it up!!
