I am Jessica, I am 22 years old. I am from Detroit, Michigan.

• How much weight do you want to lose? I want to lost 60 more pounds.

• How much time do you hope to take to reach your goal? I plan on taking 7.5 months.
• What methods will you use to accomplish your goal?
I use a low calories diet along with a great exercise plan.

• Who or what can motivate you to help you reach your goal?
I need other people who are also needing to shed the pounds to exchange motivation, goals, stories etc. with eachother. I also need a family that supports me.

• Is your goal realistic? I believe so.

• When do you want to start? I have been started for 6 months and still trying to shed some more pounds.


I am looking for purely support and motivation and I think I have come to the right place :-D

Youve come to the right place to get support and motivation... Welcome to the site.... just 3 rules to go by...

1- drink plenty of water everyday.
2- execise at least 4-5 days a week.
3- portion control..

Well yesterday was a horrible day for my diet. My husband was out of town and I guess I thought I needed to eat everything and anything. I have a problem with breakfast mostly..I want to stop and get a breakfast sandwich from a fast food place. I need to find something fast and convienant.

Daily Food-
B-Mcgriddle
L-Lean Cuisine
D-Ponderosa (I think buffets are the worst medicine for a diet) I ate so much.

Exercise-Bike Ride

Water-64oz

I will catch up later...

Well, Jess, it seems as though you have a great routine for your weight loss. You have been doing great so far. I think sometimes we deserve a day where we can eat a fast food breakfast sandwich . This site is very supportive and offers a lot of inspiration so stick with us.
