I am currently 199lbs. My goal is 150lbs. I am going to commit everyday to eating healthy and taking care of my self, not only for myself but also for my children who deserves to have a mom around as long as possible. They are my motivation and my crutch. I plan to follow through with my new lifestyle this time with no interruptions. I know this can work I was at 250lbs and dropped to 192lbs, but dropped off pills due to gall bladder surgery.

Hi Tinafaye,

How is dieting amd life going? I hope things are going well. I'm sorry I haven't posted to your daily support. Frankly I'm still trying to find my way around this site. I thought I had posted the other day but I could find where I put it there are so many forums and strands to negoitiate. Well I'm still on my way. Some nights I go to bed a little earlier to keep from snacking. That seems to work for me. I also buy the individually wrapped 1 oz cheese sticks to cut my appetitie. Well talk to you tomorrow.

I am off to a slow start but am now at 193. I am still trying to get back into my routine. I am having a hard time getting motivated.
