I am currently 199lbs. My goal is 150lbs. I am going to commit everyday to eating healthy and taking care of my self, not only for myself but also for my children who deserves to have a mom around as long as possible. They are my motivation and my crutch. I plan to follow through with my new lifestyle this time with no interruptions. I know this can work I was at 250lbs and dropped to 192lbs, but dropped off pills due to gall bladder surgery.
