Hi everyone. I just joined this site and love it! I have used Phentermine on and off for the last 3 yrs. I never use more then one 37.5 a day. I am well aware of the addiction potential lol....But thanks for letting me join you! I am a mother of 3 and have lost about 60 pounds so far and have about 10 more to go.....

45 min run...98% humidity so it was way to hard and not constant running!
