Katrina, You can do it. Dreamy is right though - drink lots of water and include some form of exercise from day 1. I'm not sure how much of an exerciser you are by nature, but even adding a walk to your routine or picking up some weights and doing that will help you a ton in this process. Plus if you're anything like me at all, you'll have so much energy the first few days you'll be all over the exercise! Portions are easier with phen too... the biggest challenge many people here have had is eating enough at the beginning. That was NEVER my issue but I do find it much easier to just walk away from the table now than I did before.
The biggest help here has been the journaling. I hope you'll take advantage of this part of the forum. We love to hear stories as well as give advice and encouragement. Personally I've found posting in other people's journals more helpful than posting in my own. But it's whatever works for you that matters.
