Hey all its been a while , I had some family stuff to deal with and I was away from a pc for a while.. I have continued to use phen and have continued to loose wieght.. I am finally into a size 7/8 pants and I am very please with my wieght!!! But I have a little problem! Has anyone else experianced a little addiction with Phen?? I feel like I cant function with out it! I dont know what to do.. And I dont want to take diet pills for ever!! Some one give me some info!!

Hi there, Renee. It is VERY good to see you back.
The way I went off phentermine was to take 1 a day, my normal dose, then 1 every 2 days for 2 weeks, then 1/2 every 2 days for 2 weeks, then 1/2 every 3 days, then off completely.
A funny thing is that I feel the same as if I never went off them. Make sure you have remolded you own ideas about healthy eating before you go off.
Many of us were reluctant to stop using them, afraid we'd fall without the 'crutch', but when it came to the nitty gritty of it, we did just FINE. YOU CAN, TOO!

Its nnot an issue at all anymore but I am really upset that I can not get Phentermine anymore through anyof the websites :(
