Ok all this is my first post so make me feel wanted so I keep it up....
I started taking Phentermine about a month and a half ago... i took it for 3 weeks then had to stop for 2 weeks.. Now I have been on it for about a week... Today I got up and took my pill 37.5 mg and NOTHING! No energy no Hunger suppresant NOTHING.... I read the report about the amino acids and all that but my insurance was canceld today (long story) so i cant ask dr about the right doses to lower my tolerance... I am so worried that I am going to gain the weight back and and not loose anymore I am just barley starting to feel like a person again. Not just some huge cow  Ive always had a knock out body and and relied on it a little to much to make my self happy.. but thats me i guess since i have had my son and gained all this weight i have been miserable.. I have tried EVERYTHING with no results I have been working out for 2 years and eating right, And still Nothing then I found Phen... I was amazed by my energy and control and how fast the weight came off ......But what now??? This is making me so depressed i actually had hope for a minute. Any sugestions??? IS there anything else I can take that works like phentermine??? Or something I can do???

here is a picture .. if it works of me right before I started Phentermine i wieghed 176 and I am at 160 now but can only tell by standing on a scale not by my clothes fitting

I agree with Dreamy - exercise is the key to losing clothes sizes. Pick a time of a day when you feel the most energetic and do something active. If you can't go to the gym, there are some home videos that would make you sweat and lose inches.
Your son is so cute on a horse!
Good luck!

 Hi, rlwhiteley~ Welcome! Your picture is beautiful~

I wouldn't give up on the phen yet. Mine kicked in more the 2nd month than it had the first. I am already on B-12 shots and I bought 5-HTP, the amino acid recommended, at Wal-Mart for under $7. I think 100 mg. twice a day is recommended but I am not certain. I took the 50 mg once a day. Also adding lemon water and drinking at least 100 oz. a day REALLY helped!

Post again soon!

Hi Renee & a big welcome to you!!!

If I could offer any advice, I can tell you that my Phentermine really started working properly after I was on it about 2 1/2-3 weeks. Before that, I didn't feel much appetite supression AT ALL!!! I was getting discouraged, but was determined to stick it out! I am SOOOO glad I did! Now it's working great!
At first, I had TOOOONS of energy, couldn't sleep, & had excessive dry mouth. But no appetite supression to speak of (just a tad)! But after a few weeks, the energy leveled off & then the appetite supression kicked in! How wonderful that was!!! I still have the dry mouth almost CONSTANTLY, but that's a good thing! The more water you drink, the better! It is soooo important for SO many things!!!
I guess what I'm trying to say is this: get back on the Phentermine (if you still have some pills left) & give it anothe try for 2-3 weeks. If you still don't notice a difference in your appetite, then I think it would be safe to say that you're just one of the very few people that are immune to it...

Anyhow, let us know what you decide to do! GL on your weight loss journey!
