Hi everyone, My name is Josey and I'm new . I love everything I have read in this forum so far. I am getting a delivery today from myrxbilling. I have about 50lbs. of pregnancy weight I am desperate to lose. I just joined a gym and I will have for 2 weeks my own personal trainer. WHOO- HOO. After 2 weeks if I want to keep her I have to pay and that isn't possible. Boy, I wish, but so expensive, I can't afford it. I love the way you all give so much support and you all seem to really care about each other. If any one has any tips or suggestions I would really love it. I'm not sure if I'm in the right area to start a journal, so if not, please let me know? Thanks for listening.

Hi Josey & WELCOME!!!
Ug! Pregnancy weight is the PITS! Phen will surely help you out w/ that!
Like the other ladies said, drink PLENTY of water, eat properly & keep up the exercise! If I could offer just ONE piece of advice, I would tell you this: Phen is NOT a miracle pill or "quick-fix". You have to make changes as well for it to work!!!
Good luck to you! Keep us posted!

Welcome Josey! This is a great place for support. I agree with everyone above me. I think it is great that you can work out with a personal trainer even for 2 weeks it will give you the tools to succeed.

Thank you to everybody. I'm going to weigh in on Sunday. I can't wait until Monday, I begin at the gym. I'm drinking water like it's going out of style!! So far my exercise has consisted of riding bikes with my daughter and :? pogo sticking ??? I am amazed that I haven't forgotten how to do it. Today is day 4 on phentermine and I have been forcing myself to eat. I'm not really counting calories but I am eating a healthier diet. Salads, vegetables and fruits mostly. This place is amazing.

 Pogo Sticking? A blast from the past for me! Sounds like GREAT exercise to me, Josey! We are all glad to have you here. I am one of those who is an emotional eater because I could eat any thing at any time and never feel too full. Since I always experience emotions of some kind, I am continually on the prowl for the next thing to eat. I don't even think that follows the rules for emotional eating!

8-) I am re-learning the right way to do things. I agree with Joy; you must make the changes the phen enables you to make--with your head and not your tummy!

Post again real soon and keep on truckin'!
