My name is Nancy and I think I'm finished going through menopause.My gyn. told me I can go by when my mother started and the length of time it took her. That didn't work for me because my Mom had to have a hysterectomy when she was 41 years old. I haven't menstruated for almost 4 years. Prior to that it was intermittent for about 2 years. I'm 54 years young and a widow. I hail from Jersey and I never had issues with my weight until recently. I am 5'3" and I weigh 164lbs. I need to drop at least 45lbs. I have tried Atkins and South Beach and detested both. My doctor won't give me a prescription for any diet pill of any kind. I finally decided to bite the bullet and I ordered phentermine from here yesterday. I placed an order with safescriptsonline. I decided to order the the 37.5mg. tablets and I was really surprised that I was approved a couple hours after I ordered. I hope to get to know everyone. I am very leery about this online ordering. I made only one attempt to order before and I received Tylenol-3 which has codeine in it, instead of phentermine. I used a place called My Little Pharmacy and thank goodness I knew what they were. I have read a lot of good things about the two pharmacies that are listed on here, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

welcome to the forum so glad to have you. do you currently workout if not do you plan on it also what is your eating habits? several of us log on to fitday.com and keep track of our foods there that may help also make sure that your calories stay atleast 1200 with the phentermine you want to drink plenty of water wishing you the best of luck with it and I am here if you need anything

:-D Hi, Nancy! My sister's name is Nancy--I love it! Welcome to the forum! I think none of us would have ordered online had our doctors been willing to write a script. I know I wouldn't have! I wanted to stay safe and be checked every now and again, but my doctor just said I didn't need them. "Just eat less."

SIGH....... [-( Thus starts my tale...Nurses at a hospital I have been to told me they ordered from mylittlepharmacy and how reliable it was. I ordered; had no problems at all, but then read where Top-Dawg, our resident pharmacist, and others, too, had recounted many mistakes that
that particular online pharmacy had made. I ordered when I didn't know better. Now that I know better, I will DO better. :grin:

I am 54 and understand real well about the menopause issue. I put on about 25 pounds. Yuk. You are NOT alone anymore. We are all here for you! Post daily and let us get to know you!

Welcome Nancy! I was sorta leery about ordering online as well, but went ahead & did it anyway! There was nooooo way I was asking my dr for them!
I'm glad I did cuz I've ordered from THREE different pharmacies now, & have never had ONE problem!!!
Good Luck on your weight loss journey! I hope you achieve exactly what you want to!!! :grin:

Thank you everybody for such a warm welcome. I think I already feel at home here. I think I'm also still in a state of shock. I ordered from Safescriptsonline on Monday and I have my package in my hand right now. I just can't believe that it's only been three days. I'm so excited I don't know what to do next. Thank you all again for making me feel so at home. What type of diets are you girls on ? I'm not sure yet whether to just count calories and stay away from all the "junk" food or try a low carb type diet. Wish me luck girls, tommorrow will be day 1 for me.

Hi Nancy!
I received my Phentermine like that last time too! It just BLEW my mind!!!
I ordered one day (around noon), was told I'd receive an email stating if I was approved or not & then they'd ship it out. Well, the VERY NEXT day around 2:30 p.m., the FedEx gal was here w/ my Phen!!! I could NOT believe it! I never got the email!!! And I didn't even pay for overnight shipping!!!

I'm not on any particular diet to speak of...I just watch my intake of fried foods & junk foods, drink nothing but water or Crystal Light, watch portion sizes, & don't eat within 2-3 hours of bedtime. I have found that this is working great for me, so this is what I'll continue to do! I do NOT deprive myself of something if I really want it though cuz I have found that this sets you up for failure faster than ANYTHING else I know of! If I want ice cream, I eat it. I just don't eat a HEAPING bowl or eat out of the carton (like I used to), or go back for 2nd's & 3rd's!!! If I want french fries, I eat 4-5 or 10 of somebody else's. I just don't order them for myself!!! Get it???

Good luck to you my dear! You'll do fine, & you'll soon discover that your cravings are nonexistent! It's AWESOME to say the least!!!
