Week 2 and I'm getting hungry...

I had started my first week on the blue/white capsules. They were really strong for the first 2 days so I took 1 day off. Then I felt that they were weak, but i still have mangaged to eat less and lose 4lbs, but I'm starting to feel hungry again and I have to try really hard to fight the cravings. What's that all about? Help! I'm working out and trying to eat right, but when the hunger pains kick in is when it goes down hill.

Hey! I pretty much STAYED hungry the first 2 weeks I was on those capsules. I just stuck it out though, thinking ANY DAY the appetite supression would kick in...I overrode my hunger pains & tried to drink water instead. I managed to lose 9 lbs those first 2 weeks (somehow!). Anyhow, I never did wait for the appetite supression to kick in. I gave up & got on the 37.5mg tablets. Let me tell ya! It's a WORLD of difference!!!
Completely different! Now I realize that the blue/white capsules did almost NOTHING for me except make me TERRIBLY thirsty (dry mouth). That may be your problem. They may not be the right dosage for you!

I thought the blue/white capsules where 37.5mg, at least that's what it says on the bottle. I took a prescription that my doctor prescribed 2 years ago, they were pure white long tablets that could be split in half call adipex, but they did not work at all. So, is there another kind of 37.5mg that i can get...i've been reading about the white pill with the blue specs. is that the one you switched too? if so, where can i get it without a prescription b/c i don't think my doctor thinks there's a difference.

Yeah, the white tablets w/ the blue specks are the ones I switched to. They're NOT capsules, they're tablets. I was taking capsules that were blue on one side & white on the other. They were the 30mg time-realeased ones. For some reason, the time-release ones didn't work for me. Some people think they work better for them! So, it just depends from person to person...

hi joy...do you know where i can get them online w/out a doctors prescription b/c i don't think my doctor thinks there's a difference. thanks for your advice.

Go to Ian's list of recommended pharmacies. It's on this website somewhere, but I'm not sure where. It shouldn't be that hard to find actually! I think I got some from getwellrx.com, but not too sure on the exact name of it. There are sooooooo many places you can order them from online! Just TONS! You should have no problem whatsoever! GL to you! Let me know if you can find them!
