I am reading so many posts about how much energy everyone has!! I almost have to lay down everyday after work cause i feel so tired! Am i doing something wrong?

Also, I keep reading about how people are ordering phen on the web and it is like $100 or so.. I got an RX from my Dr. and filled it at Wal-mart for $30????? They are capsules, blue on one side and clear on the other, blue and white pellets (or what ever you want to call the medicine inside) and they say something like e5000 on it! Are these the time release ones? Man do they work.. It is all i can do to eat at ALL!!

You're low on energy b/c you aren't eating enough. You have to eat atleast 1000 calories a day to keep your energy up or taking the Phen and dieting is pointless really. You'll end up going into starvation mode if you don't get enough calories in. Try upping your caloric intake and getting more protein. I promise it will help.
And the reason people are paying so much is because they are buying them online. Just like when you go and buy a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk at a gas station...you are paying for convienience.
For sure though, try and eat more and up the protein...I'm sure it will help.

Dear Janna, please post again and let us know how you are doing. Have your tired feelings subsided some or not? I am so hoping they were just a side effect that you will have adapted to. I can't wait to hear...post when you get your breath!

Susan and Amanda, Thanks so much for your replies. Yes, I do think that i am feeling better. I think that Amanda was right. I was not eating enough. Since then i have been forcing myself to eat and i feel better and the scale is moving. I cant wait till WI on tuesday. I know i wont loose the big pounds like most people cause i have been on WW for so long and i dont have a lot of water weight to loose but i think it will be decent! Thanks so much for the support and i will post my loss on tuesday!

Janna, Another way to gain energy is to push yourself to take a walk - nothing crazy - before you relax for the evening. It obviously will help burn calories but beyond that it gives you a needed energy boost. So even if you're wiped out, just take a walk around the block or whatever before you poop out! I'm glad you're eating more... seems counterintuitive I'm sure but we've all found that if we eat good healthy calories, we lose more than if we skip meals. Welcome, Ellen

Well its me again! I LOVE THE WAY THE SCALES ARE LOOKING!!! However, yesterday i was soooo sick.. I was nauseus, weak, and i felt like i had the flu! I know it was the Phen.. So i told my hubby that i was not gonna take it anymore cause it was makin me feel icky! But, the scale is moving and i really want to take it.. Maybe i will try every other day??? I have read on here that other people have had those same symptoms and they would take a little break. I am also thinking about calling my doctor and see if he will give me an rx for the pills that i could break in half instead of the time released ones??? what do you guys think about that?? any suggestions??
