Are you drinking enough water? My dr told me that I was not eating enough. I am suppose to 6x a day. Eat breakfast, small snack, lunch, small snack, dinner, small snack. You need to eat protein with every meal. It is hard but I have been trying it this week and this morning the scales told me that I lost 2 lbs. I don't know because my scales have been on the fritz. But I do have more energy and less headaches eating 5-6 x a day. Try it and let me know if it works.
