I am a 35 year old married mother of 2. I have always been a athletic very active person who has had issues with weight. Since I have been married and had children my weight is more than it ever has been. I want to be healthy!! I do not want to say I want to lose weight. My number one goal is to be healthy for myself, husband and kids. I want to teach them great self-esteem and healthy lifestyle. By being healthy I know that I will lose the weight. I have started with a short term goal of losing 25 lbs by Christmas. Our family has joined the local YMCA and my co-workers are interested in being healthier too. I sit at a desk most of the day so there is not much exercise there. I would love any ideas from anyone how to juggle work, kids, marriage, housework, etc. I look forward to "meeting" you all. Debby
