Hi everyone. I decided this weekend to make myself a goal and could really use some motivation. I have been on and off of Phentermine since Nov last year I started it again a week ago. I have no drive to work out anymore I guess I am just in a slump and would really like to get out of it. I am under alot of stress at work and at home (boyfriend preteen and boyfriend acts like another kid). I went to the lake swimming and I could not believe how far I could swim so I thought maybe I can go swimming and lose weight instead of going to the gym. My goal is to lose 15 to 20 pounds by Halloween if possible. I believe I already have a tolerance for Phentermine so any support from anyone would be appreciated.

Swimming is really good exercise. I wanted to wish you lots of luck. Just remember you didnt put the weight on over night and the slower it comes off the longer it stays of they say.
Anyways girlie if you need motivation STICK WITH US Keep us
posted on how your swimming is coming alone. and dont forget to drink lots of water. GL.. Dreamy

Swimming is great exercise. I go to our local pool and swim laps in their laps lanes. The only down side is the pool is outside and closes on Labor Day.

If you have a tolerance to Phentermine...hmmm tough for me to answer. My doctor recommended I add B12 shots or melt under the tongue vitimins. I also reccomend drinking lots of water.

I find exercise is great for stress relief. I think the trick is to find something you like doing and you'll want to. For me it's swimming, walking on the treadmill, my total gym and I just added Core secrets.

Hi, Hon! Have you read Ian's Phentermine Tolerance report?
I think it will answer some questions for you.
I KNOW you can do this, phentermine working or not. People lost weight many years before diet pills came along! Look at some of the alternatives, the Zone, South Beach and Weight Watchers all are pretty good. I recommend a diet where you do not buy pre-packaged meals mainly because you better train yourself to eat in a healthy way by preparing your own foods.
