Another pound down! :eek: That's fantastic! Just wait and see how much you've really lost after this week. I know when it's my TOM I feel like I gain 10 pounds but it's usually 4-5. Keep up the good work.

So today is day 7 for me and I'm happy because I've lost 7 lbs :p ! I am so encouraged. I am also thankful to have this forum and the support- it's amazing! I'm feeling good and have had no urge to cheat and no side effects other than the sweating. (which if you knew how much I HATE to sweat, you would know how annoying this is!) Today I am washing my car, but thankfully the weather is beautiful, but I'm sure I'll still be sweatin' up a storm!

Congrats on another pound lost. I couldn't even imagine trying to wash my car down here in Florida today. It's 90 out, and I don't like the heat in the summer. Keep it up!
