Okay...I think I finally figured out how to start this journal thanks to Susan!

Day 1- 202 pounds size 16

Started Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets ..white with blue specs

Had a lot of energy! Was never jittery , blood pressure remained stable (I do have problems with BP).

Took the whole pill at 7:30am. Ate some oatmeal afterwards. (I never eat breakfast).

Feeling good at work. On top of things. At lunch ate Weight Watchers meal and apple chips and was satisfied.

Dinner..Weight Watchers meal and realized I had not consumed at least 1,000 calories, so I ate 1 serving of Sun Chips.
I drank some water today, but I was't anymore thirsty than usual.

Fell asleep easily!

Calories: (Guess I only consumed 980 - will watch closer)

Oatmeal - 150
Weight Watchers - 300
Apple Chips - 50
Weight Watchers - 310
Sunchips - 170

You GO, Jen!!! You did the right thing to add more calories~ try adding different vegetables to help add nutrients.
Aren't those Weight Watcher meals good? They are 'Smart Ones' in Alabama. Do you get yours under that same name?
We are going to get healthy!

It was an ok day. I actually got pretty hungry today for some reason. Went to a b-day party with lots of hot dogs, chips, cookies, cake and ice cream. I swear...I did't eat any of it! Go me! I made sure to eat right before I went. I am sooo proud of myself!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal - 150 calories

Lunch:
Tuna salad sand - 300 calories
cheese puffs - 100 calories (the new cute little 100 calorie bags)

snack:
yogurt pretzel stick - 140 calories

Dinner:
crab legs- 400 calories
rice - 160 calories
veggies 90 calories

Total= 1,450 calories

Weight:199
Lost: 3 lbs

a little higher today...but I ate a heck of a lot healthier than usual and avoided EVERYTHING at the b-day party!!!!!!!

I had posted Day 4 and now I can't find it! I guess I can be a real ditz! I felt good! Lost 7 lbs.

Bad thing.....
I only ate like 715 calories
I did eat, just small portions. I will try better tomorrow!
