Well, here I am my seccond day on Phentermine 30 mg. Yesterday I was so excited to start I woke up at 4am unable to go back to sleep I decided to get up and start my day. I took my first pill at 430am and believe it or not my day went great! I had very bad cotton mouth I think I drank at least 6 glasses of water just within the first 2 hours. I went to the gym at 900am worked out with my trainer then I did cardio for 30 min. I counted my calories and I ended up having 653 calories for the day. This is unheard of for me, but I wasnt hungry. I finally fell asleep around 10pm. I havnt taken my seccond pill as of yet I am drinking my coffee then around 8am I will take it. I did start to get a little munchies towards the end of the night last night. Although I think because I was up for over17 hours. I hope today goes just as well. I am off to the gym at 9am again.

:p Sounds as if you are going great guns on your eating and that are loving the phentermine and I am so proud for you! It is really a wonderful feeling to have control again, isn't it?
Be sure and eat healthy foods several times a day and put a little protein in each mini-meal. I eat every 3 hours which helps me with hunger and with blood sugar levels. You MUST eat a minimum of 1,000 calories a day or your body will think it is starving and is biologically programmed to hold onto fat reserves if you eat too little. Include all sorts of vegetables and a few fruits with your proteins, which can be beans, nuts, meats, chicken, fish, cheese, milk, etc.
Post again soon and remember this time of loss is the time you will use every day to teach your body new ways to eat---HEALTHY ways!

Ok day 3 for me, I feel great!! A little sore from all the working out. Yesterday I did 1 hour of step then 1 hour of pilates. I gelt great afterwards, today I am very sore:(
Yesterday I was only able to get in about 600 calories if that. I know that is not enough today I definatly try to do better. Funny thing I never had that problem, hmmm.. I guess thats how I got myself into this mess in the first place. LOL I think TOM is going to visit me soon because yesterday I was so emotional just crying threwout the day. I got tired of trying to control it so I just let myself cry. I am not too sure what that was all about. I hope today is better. I have an app with my trainer at 830 then I am off to school I only have one class today, thank God I dont think I could sit in classes all day. I hope everyone has a great day.

Well it is now getting to the end of day 4. I went to the gym this morning 1/2 hour weights, 30 min elipical, 1 hr of pilates. Came home and had a protein shake. For Lunch I had a weight watchers meal, and for dinner I had a salad from Mcdonalds. When I finished eating (wasnt able to eat it all) I feel sick to my stomach :( and my head hurts. I think maybe I am working out to much, and not eating enough. Hopefully I will figure this out.

Hi, Hon; it sounds like you are doing the right exercises but not eating enough. Not only could this cause blood sugar problems and light- headedness, but your weight loss will come from some of your muscles, too, which is NOT what you want!:eek:
You should eat when you wake up, to start your body metabolizing and burning energy. Try to aim for 200 - 300 calories and eat every 3 hours without fail. Always include a protein at each mini-meal, preferrably ingesting it first. The proteins can be beans, peanut butter, fat free milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese sticks,chicken, turkey, beef, etc. Fill up with every kind of vegetable you can think of. Throw in small amounts of whole grains and fruits.:cool:
Please try to determine right now what you can eat tomorrow that tastes good enough for you to be able to eat it. Remember that a body without at least 1,000 calories a day will drastically slow your metabolism as a built-in survival thing~ I know I said these things before but if you heed this post and STILL have those problems, please phone a pharmacist or your doctor's nurse so they can monitor what's going on.

I was a little dizzy last night, I also started to get the munchies just a little. I figured I still havnt eaten enough during the day. I had a bowl of grape nuts with non fat milk this brought my calorie intake to 1100 for yesterday. I never realized how many calories grape nuts have WOW! Here I thought I was eating healthy all this time. Having my bowl of cereal in the morning.LOL I think I will change it to special K.
I have a test today in my Health class so I will be studying for that, I am not to nervous but I want to do good considering it is our first test and I want to start out good.
