Congratulations on the 40 pounds you lost. That is great. I know how you feel I have been there before. Try changing your workout routine. Sometimes your body will become so use to the same routine it stops working so hard. Maybe add some weights, when you walk are you walking at an incline? If not try that. Hope I helped.

Hi, Bubby! Welcome to Phenforum; we are all glad to have you here. I agree with Looseit that it may help to change it up some.
40 pounds lost already?!? Wow; Girl, you are doing Great! You can get this last 40 off~ what are you eating during the day? Have you tried adding lemon to your water and are you drinking at least 100 ounces a day? Do you eat often enough(4-6 times) and include protein at each mini-meal? Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, so eat fairly soon after awakening.
Be sure and eat enough--usually at least 1,200 calories a day so that your body doesn't think it's starving and grab hold of the fat~
Please post again soon and let us know what you decide to change up; try it at least a week before you weigh in again, to give your body time to adjust.

dreamy039,
I am interested in looking at the diet you talked about. How do I get to your journal?

Morninn'! Here is a link to Dreamy's journal. You'll have to scroll the pages to find the diet. I know it must be hard to be fairly new and unable to access someone's journal. Sometimes we sign with our real names, our posts are attributed to our chosen nicknames and our journals can be names anything we want:eek: ~ That DOES make it hard, but you'll get the hang of it soon!
Now get your morning coffee and start reading:

I think anytime you hit a wall you just have to challenge your body to lose more... with or without drugs... you just have to change things up... eat differently.... eat more often.... exercise more often.. or differently.. you'll get there! Congrats on the 40 pounds gone already!!!
