Thanks alot you guys, I got started on this b/c my sister inlaw lost alot of weight really fast buut I think she wasnt eating anything, I still get hungry in the afternoon, and I walk/jog 2 miles every morning so hopefully I can still have the same results she had. I only got 3 month supply and I am hoping to reach my goal weight in that time.Is 3 months long enough to see drastic results?
