I have been on phen for a little over a month, and I seem to go up and down with my weight. I have heard many things to do, one being to lay off on weekends. I drank all my water everyday and some days it helped and some days it dont. I need help with ideas on what kinds of foods to take with me. I drive from house to house with my job and its not that easy to bring somethings with me. Oh I amost forgot, I am new to phen forum. Nice to meet yall, from TEXAS.

LOL you have to give people time to read things prettygrl LOL We are here just different times through out the day.

I've already mentoined in your other post about the water thing. It's best to drink 8-10, 8oz glasses a day. That's about average. If you can drink more, go for it! You can get to much, but it's very unlikely that you will.

As for food, what things are you eating now? And what types of exercise are you getting? I could help you out a bit more by knowing these things. Let me know, and I'll see what we can do to help you out.

:confused: I don't think I would lay off on the weekends. Your phentermine should help you not even need splurge times for several weeks. After you lose the weight you need to for that initial boost, then might be a better time to lay off. Just my .
For me, having snacks pre-planned helps me tremendously. Do you have one of the small coolers that you can carry in your car? If you do, plan your snacks at least every 3 hours and drink 8 ounces water before or with them. One might be a TBL. peanut butter and half an apple. Another might be cheese stick or fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup blueberries added. If you add them from a frozen bag, they freeze the cottage cheese and after adding several Equal packets, becomes like ice cream. Give it a try! Another might be a protein bar. If you are able to go home to eat lunch or dinner, have a big, huge salad with almonds and fat free dressing--no croutons, cheese or bacon. These might be good ideas, but you can think of many more, I am sure, that suit you better.
