LOL you have to give people time to read things prettygrl LOL We are here just different times through out the day.
I've already mentoined in your other post about the water thing. It's best to drink 8-10, 8oz glasses a day. That's about average. If you can drink more, go for it! You can get to much, but it's very unlikely that you will.
As for food, what things are you eating now? And what types of exercise are you getting? I could help you out a bit more by knowing these things. Let me know, and I'll see what we can do to help you out.
