Hey everyone, I am new at all of this. I have been working out and counting calories while using phentermine for a week now. I have lost 16 lbs in a week. I am very excited, and I can't believe it. I had a baby four months ago and gained 70lbs in the prenancy. I am ready to get back down to my size 2! I coach soccer, and am not really excited about eating salad every day....UNTIL I got on the scale for the first time today....I'm not expeceting for all the weight to fall off like it has but I am glad I have gotten off my rear to make me a better me again. If you have any advise please let me know. Encouragement also is welcomed!!!!!!!!

woow!! 16 pounds is GREAT! How did you did you do it? Please share!!!! What dose of phentermine are you taking and how much weight are you trying to lose? This forum is absolutly great, it has really helped me, i find myself reading diiferent post all day long. I t definately keeps me motivated. IAN Rocks!!!

Yeah, 16lbs shocked me just as much. I thought the scale was wrong, I am on 37.5 dose once a day, BUT I also do only eat salad with grilled chicken and an oil based dressing. (it is 164 calories it self) I eat that twice a day. I live in SC so sweet tea is a big deal down here, needless to say I LOVE IT...but I have found that the Wal-mart version of Crystal Light's peach tea does just fine. NO MORE SUGAR! The work out is kind of funny, but also extreamly fun and very effective. It is called YOGA BOOTY BALLET. I know you all have seen those info-mercials....well the 50$ is SOOOOO worth it. I had to close the blinds so my neighbors didn't peep, cause it is funny watching someone dance around their living room for a work out. My husband laughs and my baby just stares confused. They incorporate lots of good techniques to get the heart pumping, but also warm you up and cool you down so you are able to keep up with them. I used to do Tibo and it doesn't compare to the sweat that rolls off me now. Anyway, I do two tapes (= one hour of cardio) and I coach soccer twice a week. I like to get out there with my girls so I can burn more. They are 10 and 11 and have more energy than a pill could ever give you. I am so glad too that we have this forum to talk to, those who are not trying to lose the weight only say "But you are still beautiful, I don't think you need to loose any." THANKS GUYS!!!! Thank you all for introducing your selves to me! Keep the mantra up....WE CAN REACH OUR GOALS!!!!AND WE WILL!!!!! it just takes hard work, but it is not impossible. I am trying to reach my prebaby weight....111lbs. If I keep it in my head that I can do it I'm good to go. Talk to you all soon, keep up your good work, and check out the Yoga Booty Ballet so you can dance, and not know you are working out!:p I think when you have fun you want to do it more...right?

I must admit I'm in total shock over the 16lbs in one week! That's ALOT girl! I was lucky to lose that in a month! WTG!
I've heard good things about the Yoga Booty Ballet...since you recommend it so highly, I may have to look into that. Wonder if I can get it cheaper on Ebay? LOL I'm a tight-wad when it comes to money LOL

16 lbs ........picking myself off the floor. I have been doing this 2 mos. and haven't hit 16 lbs. yet! That is incredible. Don't be too disappointed if it slows up while your body adjusts to the loss. Remember, some will be water weight so while your body adjusts and adapts you may stall for a bit but keep it up and you will do great. Plus....if most of this is baby weight it is bound to come off faster too!
