Yeah, 16lbs shocked me just as much. I thought the scale was wrong, I am on 37.5 dose once a day, BUT I also do only eat salad with grilled chicken and an oil based dressing. (it is 164 calories it self) I eat that twice a day. I live in SC so sweet tea is a big deal down here, needless to say I LOVE IT...but I have found that the Wal-mart version of Crystal Light's peach tea does just fine. NO MORE SUGAR! The work out is kind of funny, but also extreamly fun and very effective. It is called YOGA BOOTY BALLET. I know you all have seen those info-mercials....well the 50$ is SOOOOO worth it. I had to close the blinds so my neighbors didn't peep, cause it is funny watching someone dance around their living room for a work out. My husband laughs and my baby just stares confused. They incorporate lots of good techniques to get the heart pumping, but also warm you up and cool you down so you are able to keep up with them. I used to do Tibo and it doesn't compare to the sweat that rolls off me now. Anyway, I do two tapes (= one hour of cardio) and I coach soccer twice a week. I like to get out there with my girls so I can burn more. They are 10 and 11 and have more energy than a pill could ever give you. I am so glad too that we have this forum to talk to, those who are not trying to lose the weight only say "But you are still beautiful, I don't think you need to loose any." THANKS GUYS!!!! Thank you all for introducing your selves to me! Keep the mantra up....WE CAN REACH OUR GOALS!!!!AND WE WILL!!!!! it just takes hard work, but it is not impossible. I am trying to reach my prebaby weight....111lbs. If I keep it in my head that I can do it I'm good to go.
