I just started a week ago but I am hard core when I put my mind into something. I am on a 900 calorie diet plus I exercise 5 times a week. I love extra info if you want to share it! Thank you everyone, and HELLO! I'm ready to loose my baby weight!

I just noticed that though you have had posts, nobody posted in your journal yet, so I wanted to be first! :cool: Jack those calories up to at least 1,000 a day because your body sinks down to 'starvation mode' if you eat less than that. Your results seem to prove otherwise, but we have to go by what the nutritionists say, right? Don't want you losing any muscle tissue, so be sure to get protein at every snack and mealtime!!
