Thanks Amandad For Your Help I Would Never Have Found This Dahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I Am A Newbie And Am So Excited. I Started Phentermine 1 Week Ago And Lost 7 Lbs This Week. Yehhhhhhhh. I Was Scared To Start The Pills But Glad I Did. I Have Been On This Journey For Years With Little Success And Now I Feel There Is Hope. Hope To Get To Chat With Spome Of You When I Get The Navigation Down For This Site Janei1 |

7lbs in your first week is awesome. Welcome to the fourms, I have been here about a week, (I think) spent the last week anxiously waiting for my phen to arrive so I could get to start to get to the new me, the dudes on here are fabtastic so encouraging, supportive, wonderful (I could go on)

hi ya
Thanks for the welcome. i am taking the phentermine. i started 10 days ago and heve lost 8 lbs. the pill seems to be working well i take it in the am and i really find it works from lunch time on. really zaps my appertite. i need to lose about 40 pounds so wish me luck janei1 |

Welcome Janei!!! Sure hope you have MUCH success on Phen!!! I also preferred to take it in the a.m., but usually by 4:00 p.m., I was pretty hungry...:(
