so i'm back on phen. i started yesterday, 9/26/06. yesterday i felt fine, but today i have a headache. yesterday i ate celery and cream cheese, and then some oven baked chicken, broccoli, and two small bite of mash potatoes. so it wasn't much, but that's what happens when you first start phen. today i ate an apple, one slice of bread w/peanut butter w/o the crust, and some oatmeal. and i have been drinking lots of water, the best part of having dry mouth! ha ha.
this is not the first time i've tried phen. last year i started it, but didn't continue with my plan. i was 181 and got down to 167, shoulda stuck with it cuz now i'm 201. that is more than twice my weight 12 yrs. ago. i visited the site i use to post on and every1 i met through there a yr ago has met there goal weights. well i'm gonna try until i get to where i need to be.
i need my hub to pull out the dust filled treadmill, and dust off those workout dvd's.
