I have just weighed myself after having my 4th phen tablet, and I weigh MORE than when I started to take the phen, 3.5lbs more to be exact! I am sure this isn't ment to be the case, and after 4 tablets I can't be getting used to the phen this fast can I? HELP!

I still havent got any email back from the first pharmacy I ordered from, can't aford at the moment to buy more phen from the second one that Ian recomended, not sure if it is safe to take 2 phen at the same time.

Really getting mad.

I am eating sensibly, still haven't started at the gym but at this rate will have be in their 24.7!

What to do, is it just water weight? Or is it guenuine weight?

A very annoyed and angry
Lea

Mango, No one can gain genuine weight in 3 days. It's water. Regardless, stop weighing yourself everyday. Women's bodies fluctuate all the time. The best you can hope for is a once-a-week weigh in that gives you a good idea of the direction you're going in, which since you're eating well and getting some exercise should be the right one. And drink more water. Seems counterintuitive but it helps. Phen's not a magic pill - it takes time and work and with perserverence you'll get where you want to be. I know you will. Be proud of yourself for your good food choices, and look for non-scale victories (something fitting better, being able to climb stairs without becoming breathless, anything like that) for the days when you just don't get those scale victories. I certainly have had to do that over the last 6 months! Take care, Ellen

Thanks hunni, I got myself really iritated and annoyed when I weighed, gonna try and weigh weekly, but it is so tempting to step on the scale each time I pass it (it's in the bathroom)

I'd love to be able to climb stairs without ending up breathless, thankfully though I live in a apartment so I have no stairs which is great, when I visit friends who live in masonettes or actual houses, I panic if I have to climb the stairs as they leave me out of puff!

Thanks for you words hunni, I apriciate them
much love

Don't let the gain get to you this week. Your body is still adjusting to the Phen and it could be normal. I have since myself bounce between 2-3 pounds in one day. Just try to weigh yourself at the same time of day too. I'm not sure if you mentioned that. Just don't get discouraged! Look at the extra energy you have. You can do it!

I tend to write down my weight each morning but almost obsessivly when i go bathroom weigh myself. I have only been taking phen since wed 27 sep so it is way too early realistickly for me to notice dramatic changes, I am just very impatient and want results NOW!

Good Girl! Approach this with wisdom and patience. Weight fluctuates with so many things. Keep eating well and exercising and you WILL get where you want to go!!

Yes! PLEEEEAASE try to resist weighing yourself everyday!!! It is WAAAAY too discouraging when you do this! A woman's body tends to fluctuate so much cuz of fluid, hormonal changes, etc, so this isn't a realistic thing to do. It is too discouraging, & not even accurate!!! Try to stick to once/week, & you should see changes faster this way!
Good luck to you my dear!!!
