I'm starting my new journey with phentermine, but I've been attending Weight Watchers meetings since April. I became very frustrated by losing/gaining the same 7lbs. over and over. I weigh 221 now and won't stop until I lose 96lbs. My goal is 125. I had great success with phen-fen in the 90's and hope to repeat that since I'm heavier now than before. I've had recent physicals, ekgs and blood pressure checks-I'm just overweight. I plan to keep going to WW, exercising, and taking my phen. I started out a few days ago with the 15mg, but will probably change to the 37.5mg in a month.Looking forward to being on this board it's the best one I found so far.Good luck to you all:o

:p Hi, Rhea and welcome to PhenForum! You will get LOADS of critical support here. The folks here are intelligent, willing to lend whatever you need and empathetic. You are going to make it this time, Baby, so kiss those same pounds goodbye FOREVER! Kissy-Kissy, Goodbye!!
You do it RIGHT this time by teaching yourself, every day, the right path to wellness. Eat sensibly, few sweets and few simple carbohydrates -protein at each mini meal. Eat 5-6 times a day, about 200 calories at each sitting. Drink lemon water all day long, at least 100 ounces a day. Do some form of exercise every single day. YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT THIS TIME!!!!

Okay, so it is Tuesday, October 3rd and I'm doing well on the phentermine 15mg. I try to walk a little more each day ,drink plenty of water and watch what I eat and how much. I'm so excited to be on a losing streak again !!I've already planned my dinner-grilled shrimp with a nice salad, but before that I will have an apple. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive .

Rhea

I am 5'3", so I am what would be considered obese from a doctor's standpoint. I find it interesting though that quite a few of them don't seem to notice or are unwilling to help. I know that I must do this for myself with a little help from my internet buddies. Thanks guys!!

Hi Kathy ,
It's ok, I'm 36 y.o. Most people don't think I am over 30 though. Lucky for me. I will definitely hang in there with the journal.Take Care.
