one.
i just started phentermine today. i've been exercising about 3 days a week for about 40 minutes. an hour if i walk my dog. i'm trying not to eat so many carbs. my friend suggest eating zone bars. i've seen them at target, but i never got around to getting them. i guess i might as well try. anyway, i guess thats all for my first entry!

WELCOME, Girl! There is something about your name that just sounds appetizing~ I love those diet orange sodas! You will find lots of support here~ and you will find you have willpower like you have never had before on this medicine. Take advantage and teach yourself how to eat sensibly and in a healthy way!
Once a day I eat a protein bar. I eat tiny little bites of a bar like a chocolate-caramel-Zone type bar along with at least 10 ounces of hot liquid and it feels like a huge plate of spaghetti in my tummy!!! I am now addicted, but well remember when I didn't enjoy it at all.:confused: I eat 200 calories, 6 times a day and drink about 120 ounces of water every day.
