I went to the dr. yesterday and She agreed I shouldn't take phen anymore due the the side effects I had. the breathing issue is gone so she wasn;t concerned about it. blood presure was okay. Dr prescribed xenical , I am familiar with this medication since I took it in the past with great reasults. this medic. doesn't go into you bloodstream so it won;t make me jittery or sick. xenical blocks 1/3 of the fat you eat. the only problem is is way too expensive 215 dollars for 90pills -one months supply. My sister is bringing it from mexico and down there is only 80 dollars.
I will let you know how I do with xenical I will have it next friday.

WOW! that is expensive for meds, Although I bought 90 phen online for $126usa (Im in the uk so they cost me about £65) but I was prepared to pay it as I need all the help I can get for helpingme to loose some weight, well not just some but a lot of weight!!

I bought xenical last year and it didn't do anythng for me, I got a bit frightened of it earlier this year when I found out a friend of mine took a double dose of it and nearly had a heart attack and ended up in the Intesive Care Unit of the hospital, turns out it wasn't the double dose that landed her their, she had been badly abusing the xenical behind the back of everyone, including her hubby and was munching upto 20 tabs a day, she still hasn't learnt her lesson as she is out the hospital now and still abusing them.

20 pills a day? That is crazy.. I plan to use 0ne or two a day.
I lost 25 pounds once and was able to eat whatever I wanted. but then I gain come back because I didn;t develope good eating habits. this time I plan to stick to my low fat diet and see what happens.

almost another pound lost without phen or xenical. I guess I am doing great with just the diet.
I get xenical tonight. I might start tomorow.

:eek: BAM! Another pound gone! HURRAY!! And you are doing it without anything right now. Wow! I'm impressed. You have a great attitude toward healthy eating and this time around, I have the feeling you will succeed once and for all!

Well it's been a week on xenical and tom visited as well. I managed to loose one pounds. not bad after all.
