Today is 28 days since I started phen and I have lost 8 pounds already.
I actually stopped phen for 9 days due to weird side effects. i go to my dr. next tuesday and We'll discuse about my problem and decide which other pill to take. Wish me luck, I am going to be phenless for a few days and I definatelly want to continue losing more weight. chely  |

 Chely, so far, Hon, so good!! You have lost quite a bit already and that is wonderful! Try to hold your own until after your doctor's appointment. You are a smart little Chickie for knowing when to see him and I am real proud of you for that! |

Hi all.
after two aweful days without phen and I finally see the light today. I was depressed and I was crying all day. It didn't help I lost 8 pounds. I guess It was the effects from getting off the pill.  Sometimes it just helps to know someone cares and I need to say I do care. Phone your doctor 1st thing tomorrow morning and ask his nurse what to do.  HEY! I have an idea! You get in your and come over to my house...we will find something to make you feel better! We'll have a little dark chocolate--just a bite- and a hot cup of diet cocoa  and we'll have a gab-fest! |

You can and will loose more, you have to believe in yourself that you can do this, and start a new mantra of 'I can and I will loose weight, I will get to my goal and that will be awesome'

I am feeling much better today. I think the phen is completely out of my system. I managed to loose another pound since I stopped phen. I ge to see my dr. tomorrow. I will kee you updated. Chely  |
