I'm jsut currious what sort of eating plan everyone is on? Like are u following WW or a diet from a doctor? Also how much do u work out??

I try and aim to walk a minamum of 40minutes a day, and just eat healthy and smaller portions of what I generally eat.

Seems to work for me

My plan is: If my Kashi is not available, I run to the store and get it. I can't face the day without Kashi and coffee!:eek:
I get whatever is on special-and I always hope to find fresh fruits and veges on special. 'Buy one; get one' is my shopping motto!
I add to my shopping list fat free milk, cheesesticks, Met-RX protein bars(2 for 1 today at Publix),fat free cottage cheese, yogurt, Pam spray, broccoli slaw, cabbage, greens of every sort, squashes, sweet potatoes, peanut butter, walnuts, almonds, apples, oranges, Equal...maybe fish, tuna, chicken, ground beef. Tonight we had New York Strip, but that's not usual. I keep fresh made-up salad in the frig at all times.
It does remind me a bit of the Weight Watcher's diet I was on for about a year long ago--excellent teacher, it was!:cool:

Currently just watching caloric intake, which is a huge change for me. I'm so used to counting carbs. Everything that is low in carbs is high in calories and vice versa. So, I'm trying to be extra cautious with the things I choose to eat....trial and error I guess.

Yes, that's basically what I do too...just try to watch calorie intake. Sometimes it gets kinda frustrating & annoying to have to think about how many calories you are consuming, especially when out somewhere!!! We go out a lot, so it is hard to keep up with sometimes. So, when we are out, I concentrate more on PORTIONS! Portion control really is the key to weight loss anyway! I do NOT deprive myself of ANYTHING!!! This is just a wide open door for failure if you deprive yourself!!! NOT worth it in my book! If I want something, no matter WHAT it is, I EAT it!!! Just a smmaaaaall portion of it though! Gotta keep an eye on those portions!!!
I also track my calorie intake & activities on Fitday.com. This is a GREAT sight, & has helped me out tremendously!!!
