I guess this is my first post. I am obviously technically challenged because I joined the Weight Loss Club and tried posting a few times, and I still haven't seen anything posted.:( Hmmm... Thought I figured out the ticker thing too... Nope. Okay, Ian, tell me what I am doing wrong. I would like to take advantage of my membership, but I need some instruction. Are these posts what you call the "weight loss journal?" Or am I missing something else.

Jsut vent about anything, from how your journey into thinner you is going or how things in general for you are going.

I haven't signed up for the paid part of the forum, mainly cos I have no money to do so..

You seem to have figured it out just fine now, but please PM

browneyedjane- Hey there, I'm Amanda, the "super" moderator around here LMAO what a title. Anyway, I'll try to help you out w/ a few things. The section here where you posted is where you will start your journal. "daily PHentermine support' Just start a new topic like you did to start this one, only title it as your journal. From there, people will come in and introduce themselves and help you along w/ any other questions or problems you might have. It's a great bunch of people around here and they are all very supportive and helpful!
As for you ticker...you've already seen where to get one from the site here. Well when you have it all figured out the way you want it set up and all, you will copy all of the code it provides for you. From there, after copying it, go to your user settings section. There is a link for it at the top of the page. Once there you will see a small link on the left of the page that says "edit signature" or something along those lines. When you find that, just copy the code you got for your ticker into there. It should run from there.

If you have any other questions, I'm always around as well. I don't always post everyday, but i am here reading usually more than once a day. So just ask and I'll help you out. If I don't know something I ask Ian as well.
