Thanks for you support Rainbow tears. I am trying to keep myself between 1000 and 1400 calories a day. Like you I cannot excercise too much because of my health but I do get enough running after my 4r old! I take a half phentermine at 11am and the other half about 3pm that way they kinda overlap at my crucial eating time (dinner). Also I eat every hour, even if its only 100 calories..that way it keeps your metabolism constantly going. My husband laughs as our food cupboard is full of 100 calorie snacks. I read somewhere that your metabolism wont burn as well with fruit so I cut down on that and have something else with a bit of sugar in it (100 cals)..the weightwatcher biscuits (cookies) are great! That seems to work better for me and I dont have the deprivation of sugar. We do have a british shop here and I hoard the Curly Wurlies..(chocolate toffee snack) as they are 100 cals. Also make sure if you are craving something like a curry or pizza..dont deny yourself it..have it then next day go right back onto your diet again. There is no point in being miserable on a diet. Also if you are going out for a drink..try to stick to white wine..preferably a chardonney or chablis..they have the fewest calories approx 105cals a glass. So thats about all the advice I can give you that I do. But it seems to be working for me..everyone is different I guess..you just have to find out what suits you.
