Hi guys..its been soo long since I last posted..I have been back to the UK for most of the summer for a berievement. It is good to be back in the states again and trying to get back to normal. I started phentermine in March of this year with a lot of scepticism as I have tried every diet under the sun and all failed. I have to tell you with the help of the Phen I have to date lost a total of 75 pounds. I started at 275 and today weighed in at 200 even. I dropped dress sizes from a 28 to an 18. It has been so long since I weighed under 200 lbs that I cant remember. I origionally started my goal to get under 200 and it looks like I might make it. I will stay on the phen as long as I can and just try lose as much as I can. On saturday I went down a slide with my little 4yr old and didnt get stuck!! the feeling was wonderful. I know to some of you guys on here a size 18 may seem big...but when you have been a 28/30 most of your life I can tell you the feeling is amazing. I have learned alot these past few months..dont set your goal too high...that way you have a way to reach it and feel good about your self when you do. You can set a new one after that. Take one day at a time..and most importantly...dont sweat the small stuff...life is too short! I will post again if and when I make it under my 200lb goal. Take care..Daisy x

Hi sweetie, WOW! that is awesome that you have lost 80+lbs, please share how you have done so. You are doing so so well. To drop so many sizes in clothes, must be so so satisfying.

Thanks for you support Rainbow tears. I am trying to keep myself between 1000 and 1400 calories a day. Like you I cannot excercise too much because of my health but I do get enough running after my 4r old! I take a half phentermine at 11am and the other half about 3pm that way they kinda overlap at my crucial eating time (dinner). Also I eat every hour, even if its only 100 calories..that way it keeps your metabolism constantly going. My husband laughs as our food cupboard is full of 100 calorie snacks. I read somewhere that your metabolism wont burn as well with fruit so I cut down on that and have something else with a bit of sugar in it (100 cals)..the weightwatcher biscuits (cookies) are great! That seems to work better for me and I dont have the deprivation of sugar. We do have a british shop here and I hoard the Curly Wurlies..(chocolate toffee snack) as they are 100 cals. Also make sure if you are craving something like a curry or pizza..dont deny yourself it..have it then next day go right back onto your diet again. There is no point in being miserable on a diet. Also if you are going out for a drink..try to stick to white wine..preferably a chardonney or chablis..they have the fewest calories approx 105cals a glass. So thats about all the advice I can give you that I do. But it seems to be working for me..everyone is different I guess..you just have to find out what suits you. Oops, you are doing great! 75 pounds lost? Is that the record for the folks on this forum? WOW! And I am so glad to hear you are at 200. 199, here she comes! Watch out!!!

mmmm cadbury's chocolate is scrummy, but CurlyWurlies are fab as well. I guess I am lucky that I am in the uk and have all this wonderful chocolate at my door!
