so halloween was evil this year, not because of the candy, it was the potluck at work that did me in. we had macaroni, chili, pigs in a blanket, pasta salad, nachos. basically everything thats the worst for your health you could possibly think of. that the bad part. the good part is that ive worked out evey single day this week. its freezing and pouring down rain but ive still made it to the gym. im going to the gym tonight after i wash my workout outfit and going to workout for an hour. ive been doing 10 mins on the treadmill, 20 on the treadclimber, 10 on the treadmill again and then 20 on the epiliptical, and then 10 on the treadmill to cool down. so i have been getting a good workout. the phentermine has really helped me at work ( not counting the potluck ) to stay away from the vending machine and not constantly be wanting to snack on things. ive lost 2 lbs and i am down to 168.00 i wanted to loose 5lbs this week but i just dont think thats happening. all of the comments have been so supportive! that you everyone for making me want to stick to this
