I wrote down the cals of everything i put in my mouth, drank tons of water and ate 1200 or less cals a day. The phen put me in a new frame of mind where I kinda started to understand will power. I measured inches, not just weight, and the compliments helped big time! I also kept my journal pretty much faithfully, because the motivation and accountability on this site helped me not feel alone and give up.
