I wrote down the cals of everything i put in my mouth, drank tons of water and ate 1200 or less cals a day. The phen put me in a new frame of mind where I kinda started to understand will power. I measured inches, not just weight, and the compliments helped big time! I also kept my journal pretty much faithfully, because the motivation and accountability on this site helped me not feel alone and give up. Feel free to read my journal if you want, maybe it'll have something I've missed or forgotten... Keep in touch!

Great advice, Sarah! Lilly, don't expect more than a human body is able to do. It sounds as if you are staying on track, eating healthy, counting calories and exercising.
Lea's right--your body WILL adjust. Seems there is a magic point where even we can just 'feel' thinner, but I don't know what that point is. For me, it was after about 30 lbs. and just that alone motivated me to keep on!

[font="Comic Sans MS"][Thank you, I'm getting back on track, I'm being told about the difference, so i might not see it cause I'm expecting miracles,but other people do help me to keep going when they notice the difference. I think I'm in a better state of mind.
Anyway, i did not make it to the gym today, but i was active doing my x-mas shopping today, thank God I'm done!! But i did yesterday, I did 10mins. of cardio and my weights for 35 mins. I think i might have gone over my calories ,but i did have lots of water . And i am exited because it seems like I'll be having company at the gym with me next week, my best friend Michelle will be taking this ride with me . We started the phenforum at the same time, and the pills so now we are taking the next step into a healthier life.
